Customization / Skins & Themes / Windows Vista Utilities / Visual Styles

Wanted to make a more aero looking Visual style to match Vision, so here's the final product.

Works only with Windows Vista!

New improvements:

-New taskbar
-New shell style
-Transparency working with maximized windows (check preview)
-Aero enabled start menu

To enable this theme you must use Tuneup utilities that supports visual styles (worked great for me),
or patch your uxtheme files using vista glazz by codegazer (didn't work for me).

I recommend using Style selector simply because it works, and because you don't have to patch any system files or any files for that matter.

(Style Selector is a free 200 Kilobyte portable application that runs on 32-bit editions of Windows Vista.)

Fixed shellstlye contrast issues and replaced the stream with a more suitable one.

very nice theme ignore "ballyhairs" he's no theme so i dont know why he's criticizing, this theme is amazing and i believe this is the first art that i every used!!!!

I am unable to apply this theme or the original Vision theme any longer after running Windows Update today. Something in the latest batch of Microsoft patches must have broken it (I would be inclined to think the optional/recommended cumulative update for Media Center).

Pretty nice theme. The stream is a bit short and stops about 1/3 the way from the top of my screen. Not a huge deal, though I like the blurry effect rather than a clear look for the top 1/3 of the screen.
